Continuing Care at Willamette View:

Health Center

24-hour nursing careThe Health Center offers 24-hour staffing. As a multi-licensed facility with residential care, assisted living and Medicare-certified skilled nursing all in one building, we can provide a full and unique range of rehabilitative, supportive and enhanced services — from short-stay infirmary to long-term nursing care — in a multi-level and personalized atmosphere.

Health Center staff supports the philosophy of culture change . . . a new way of delivering services to residents in assisted living and long-term care. You and your family work with staff to create an individualized package of services . . . tailored to accommodate your life-long patterns, not ours.

Neighborhoods of Friends

Along with an enlightened way of thinking about assisted living and residential care comes the added benefit of a new environment — intimate neighborhoods of mostly private rooms; some rooms are designed for couples or roommates to live in together as well. And outside each room is a small front porch with a glass enclosed memory box for your cherished mementos. You bring your own furniture and personal items so your Health Center room feels like home, right from the start. Even more exciting, you stay in your small neighborhood for delicious and very social family-style meals and activities.

A Full Continuum of Care

If skilled care is needed, we offer that in our infirmary or Short Stay wing. (The Center’s Short Stay rooms are available to Willamette View residents from the Terrace, Manor, Court, Plaza, Patio Homes, and The Homes on River Ridge at no charge for the first 48 hours, per episode of illness.)

The Health Center has no entrance fees. Although Willamette View residents are our priority, the Health Center may accept individuals from off campus into the Alzheimer’s neighborhood and assisted living when a room is available. One monthly fee pays room, meals and services.
