Continuing Care at Willamette View:
Terrace
The Terrace is Willamette View’s
personal care residence and a licensed residential care facility (RCF). As
such, residents at the Terrace enjoy all the benefits and amenities of the
entire campus, with additional services available, as they are needed. As part
of our continuing care retirement community, the Terrace plays a vital role.
It does this by providing adaptive housing and supportive services for those
who find they need assistance with some of the daily routines that have become
difficult to manage alone.
The Terrace has no entrance fees — one
monthly fee pays for your apartment, meals and supportive services package.
