Terrace
The Terrace at Willamette View offers a supportive environment as a state-licensed Residential Care Facility (RCF). Residents at the Terrace enjoy all the benefits and amenities of the entire Willamette View campus, with additional services, such as medication management, personal laundry service, and assistance with activities of daily living as they are needed.
With an affordable monthly fee, you have an apartment with all the supportive services that go with it. The Terrace offers adaptive housing and individualized services for those who find they need assistance with some of the daily routines that have become difficult to manage alone.

Basic Services
The following are part of your monthly fee:
- 24¬hour staffing
- Supervised medications, dispensed by staff from a Terrace medication room
- Three meals daily in the Terrace Dining Room
- Housekeeping every other week
- Bed linens changed every other week
- Daily bed making
- Weekly laundry of personal items
- All utilities, including Extended Basic cable TV
- Telephone service, except long distance charges
- Health observation
- Wheelchair/escort to beauty salon, Terrace activities, Health Resource Office
- Philips Carepoint (“Lifeline”) campus¬wide emergency response system
- Swimming pool and Jacuzzi pool
- Planned activities
- Transportation coordination
- Coordination of outside services
Expanded Services
Residents may choose from the following services,
available at an additional hourly charge:
- Assistance with bathing
- Assistance with dressing, grooming and orthopedic devices
- Additional housekeeping, personal laundry, and bed linen changes
- Wheelchair transportation to the Terrace Dining Room
- Meal tray delivery to apartment
- Wound care
- Injections
Transportation to medical appointments and shopping is available through the
Resident Assistant program, at an hourly rate and per mile charge.
