Willamette View's RESULTS program offers a personalized package of services to seniors. You can choose to use all or just part, at your own pace… whatever works for you. The program consultation and report, resource referrals, and supervision and liaison services are FREE and are designed to ease the stress of selling your house while making the transition to Willamette View smooth and seamless. RESULTS services include:
- A consultation and a report customized for you:
- Review of your unique situation and the sales approach options best suited to your needs, and the results you want: fast, easy, most income.
- Data on the current real estate market, financing, and home sale trends that specifically affect you: buyer behaviors, mortgage programs, appraisal regulations, etc.
- Information about YOUR local real estate micro-market: Your location, buyer profile, house condition, competitors, advantages.
- Referral resource for all aspects of the house sale and move process: providing options for agents certified as Seniors Real Estate Specialists (SRES), senior-specialized licensed and bonded movers, liquidation service professionals, house staging/design consultation, professional house-cleaning services – or any other need.
- Supervision and facilitation of all professional services. Liaison and support throughout the listing, sale, move, and transition process.
- Coordination and oversight of inspections and work done on the property, when using a preferred provider SRES team member recommended in your consultation. Including, house pre-inspection, sewer scope, and home-warranty issues covering seller and buyer throughout the listing and transaction periods.
- Coordination with Willamette View Marketing and New Resident Liaison Team for a seamless transition and move, including pre- and postmove day services.
- Commemorative event to honor the transition from your house to your new Willamette View home.
