As an Oregon public benefit corporation 501(c)3, Willamette View has a volunteer Board of Directors who provide financial oversight and strategic direction. Our board members bring expertise from various professional backgrounds including health care, hospitality and finance.
The role of the Board of Directors is to follow the community’s mission, represent stakeholders, set strategic direction through organizational planning, enable adequate financial resources, and ensure effective CEO performance. Board members serve on three committees: Finance, Planning and Program Review, and Development. An Executive committee is made up of the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary/Treasurer and one at-large member. Terms are three years and a Board member can serve up to two terms.
