Residents First: Residents play a key role in community decision-making at Willamette View, starting with the Resident Council. The Council’s leadership and involvement help create our engaged, lively culture and make us a community that others are eager to join.
The Resident Council is made up of 13 elected and four appointed positions, all filled by residents. The Council acts as the liaison between residents and the administration and is responsible for resident lifestyle and activity programs and for innovations and improvements in daily life at Willamette View. In addition to presenting resident viewpoints and suggestions, the Council Chair and Vice Chair as well as the Past Chair are voting members of the Willamette View Board of Directors. Council elections are held twice a year.
