Thank you for visiting. The Willamette View Foundation has officially joined forces with Willamette View Inc. to provide one cohesive organization dedicated to serving residents of the Willamette View Retirement Community.
Why the Change?
After more than a year of thoughtful discussions, the Foundation’s Board of Directors reached an agreement with Willamette View, Inc, to absorb the Foundation and its assets. This transition allows us to:
- Eliminate confusion between organizations
- Combine resources for greater impact
- Continue supporting residents with housing and financial security needs

What Happened to the Foundation?
The Willamette View Foundation has wound down operations and gifted its assets to Willamette View Inc. Willamette View Foundation’s primary mission will continue to be served – that of helping qualified residents of Willamette View Retirement Community maintain their dignity and independence through assistance in satisfying their need for housing and financial security.
Who Will Carry On the Mission?
Willamette View Inc. now oversees all Foundation-related efforts as part of the ongoing work of the Blue Heron Foundation at Willamette View.
