Gifts From The Heart

Gifts From The Heart

Gifts from the Heart celebrates the special people in our lives, exceptional care received, or a life well lived. This program was established by a past resident who wanted “to do whatever I can to encourage a culture of giving at Willamette View.” Gifts from the Heart is a way to pay tribute, honor or appreciate someone because of what they do for others. So, when a “thank you” is needed, think of one of the Blue Heron Foundation funds and make a gift… from your heart.

Resident-Run Stores Contribute

Proceeds from the three resident-managed stores—the Mart, Carousel and Pantry—help enhance the life of residents at Willamette View. The Resident Council, in consultation with the Blue Heron Foundation, determines the areas of greatest need for the stores’ proceeds.
