Willamette View Community Expansion Update

New residents are moving into the first phase of Heron Heights while the landscaping and the work continues along Heron Heights Lane. A new walking path, meeting circle with a gazebo for gatherings is nearing completion. Located just across River Road from our main campus, phase two sitework is well underway. Phase two will include 4 additional 1860 sq.ft. homes and one 1500 sq.ft. plan offering similar amenities. All homes in phase two have been reserved and scheduled to be completed in 2026. Inside, these spacious homes are getting modern cabinets, countertops, and light fixtures. The recently constructed wall between Heron Heights and River Road will continue north to SE Evergreen adding additional privacy to this quiet cottage community. Amenities include gas fireplaces, oversize garages, cove lighting in 9’ ceilings and covered patios.

We’re nearing completion of the first phase of Heron Heights. These new cottages across River Road from our main campus have been fitted with Milgard windows and exterior siding, with ongoing painting bringing life to these future homes. Inside, these spacious homes are getting high-quality, modern cabinets, countertops, and light fixtures. The recently constructed wall between Heron Heights and River Road will ensure the privacy of this quiet cottage community. Each home will be approximately 1860 sq. ft., with amenities such as gas fireplaces, oversize garages, and covered patios. All cottages back uo to a landscaped green space with a walking path.

Phase one is on track to be completed by the Fall 2025, and all homes have been reserved. Phase two includes an additional five homes to be completed in 2026. Contact us today for information about reserving your home in the Heron Height development phase two.

Renovations at our supportive living community are progressing as well. The exterior updates have been completed and we are working on updating kitchens and apartments in our four neighborhoods.
